The Tashkent Riffle Beak, which I suppose is a non-terrible common name, as it at least describes the type locality.
I chose this fish, even though there was exactly 1 photo available, because the common name in Russian is "Tashkentskaya verkhovodka"; I found it by searching Fishbase for the word "vodka".
