I haven't been able to find a common name for this fish, which isn't too surprising as it's pretty much the weirdest fish I've yet posted. It lives in waterfalls inside only a couple of caves in Thailand. The only close relative is another Thai cave fish that has specialized to the slower-moving bits of water in the caves. Both species apparently eat bacteria growing on the rocks and suspended in the water. As is common among cave-dwellers, these fish are blind, and have lost most of their body pigments.
